1. Scope These Terms apply to all visits, orders, and agreements via our website. By using the site and/or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and to the linked policies (Privacy, Shipping, Returns, Payments) available in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the website. We may amend these Terms by posting updates on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Store terms and acceptable use You confirm you are of the age of majority (18+) or have parental/guardian consent. You will not use the site unlawfully, infringe rights, or transmit malware or harmful code. We may refuse or limit service for legitimate reasons (e.g., fraud, abuse, resale).

3. Site information We aim for accurate and current information but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Use is at your own risk. Content and prices may change at any time without notice.

4. Prices and payments Prices may change; errors and typos excepted. Accepted payment methods/providers are listed on our Payments/FAQ pages (see footer). Any extra fees are disclosed in advance.

5. Orders, acceptance, and cancellation We may refuse or limit orders (e.g., per customer/address/payment method), including orders suspected to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk See our Shipping page (footer) for regions, lead times, and carriers. For international shipments, unless otherwise stated on the Shipping page, the recipient is responsible for import duties and local VAT (Incoterms DAP, formerly DDU). Customs delays are beyond our control. Risk transfer: for consumers upon physical receipt by you or a designated third party; for B2B, risk may transfer upon handover to the carrier, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) and returns Statutory withdrawal right: 14 days from the day after delivery. Notify us within 14 days (email is sufficient); you then have 14 days to return. We will refund within 14 days of your notice, but may withhold until receipt or proof of return. Our policy: 30‑day return window for consumers (more generous than statutory). For B2B, no statutory withdrawal; returns by agreement only. Items must be unused and returned with original tags/packaging (reasonable testing allowed). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted. For our current assortment, no statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply; if that changes, we will state it clearly. The EU Model Withdrawal Form is available upon request via email.

8. Products and availability Colors and images may vary by screen settings. We may limit quantities and discontinue or modify products.

9. Intellectual property All site content (text, imagery, logos, software) is protected. Use of our marks and content requires prior written permission.

10. User content/feedback If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us a non‑exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, publish, and distribute them. We are not obliged to keep submissions confidential, compensate, or respond. You warrant your submissions do not infringe third‑party rights and contain no malware.

11. Third‑party links and tools Access to third‑party tools and websites is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or transactions. Always review third‑party terms and policies.

13. Warranties and liability The Service and products are provided “as is,” except where mandatory law requires otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits or data). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us for third‑party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or third‑party rights, including reasonable legal fees.

15. Severability and no waiver If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.

16. Termination Obligations intended to survive termination remain in effect. We may terminate access upon breach of these Terms; you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.

17. Governing law and disputes Dutch law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protections apply, including the distance selling rules (Articles 6:230g et seq. Dutch Civil Code). Competent court for business disputes: District Court of Overijssel, location Almelo. Consumers retain the right to bring actions in their country of residence. 18. Changes We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
